A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in detention.
An investigation has been launched by investigators from the PSNI’s main investigation team.

Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
«We have arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of murder and he is still in detention at this time.
“I would appeal to anyone with information that could assist our investigation or who might have dashcam footage to contact us at 101 citing reference number 497 on 01/03/22.”
It is the second knife incident in a matter of days in Downpatrick after a woman in her 20s was stabbed in the leg in the early hours of Saturday.
Colin McGrath of the SDLP expressed concern in the wake of the incidents.
He said: «I am very concerned to hear of two stabbing incidents in Downpatrick in the space of a few days.
“It is shocking to hear about these kinds of incidents in our town, and the local community would understandably be shocked.
“I would like to strongly condemn those who committed these horrific crimes. There is absolutely no place for knife crime in our society and those responsible must feel the weight of the law.
«I would encourage anyone with any additional information about these events to come to the police as soon as possible.»
