Police said tonight that a woman who went missing on Christmas Day while dressed as Santa Claus has been found safe and well.
It is believed that Catarzian Paulak, known to her friends as Cassia, was on her way home when a group of men stopped her in a car in Plymouth, Devon.
Friends had warned that the 35-year-old, who was last seen at 3.30pm, was «extremely vulnerable».
However, it was confirmed this evening that Kasia is safe.
The alert level was raised after she was last seen in Stonehouse, Plymouth, wearing a black coat with a dress and Santa Claus outfit over it.
She was also wearing a red jacket, black stockings, and black zip-up Chelsea boots.
The cops asked for information, and said Kasia is 5 feet 9 inches tall with an average build. She has shoulder length straight blonde hair.
Pal Kinga Gniadek took to Facebook yesterday in an effort to find her.
«Some men parked Cassia on Motley Plain in a car around 3.30pm on their way home,» she said.
Kinga added that loved ones are «increasingly concerned about her».
However, in cheering the celebratory news, officials in Devon and Cornwall Police said the search was over.
«The missing person, Kattarzian Pawlak, has been located safely and in good health,» they said.
«The police would like to thank the public for their assistance.»
